Faye Greene – President & CEO

Ms. Faye Greene serves as President and CEO for Greene Environmental Solutions. Ms Greene holds over 25 years of environmental engineering experience, both serving in an executive capacity with and overseeing large projects for some of the largest oil and gas companies in the world, including British Petroleum (BP) and Marathon Oil Company. In her capacity, she shapes and implements the strategic vision of Greene Environmental Solutions.

Ms. Greene began her career at Marathon Oil Company as a Process Engineer in the refining organization. She held various roles at Marathon Oil Company, including HSSE Engineer, Environmental Supervisor, Diversity Director and Public/Community Affairs Coordinator. She joined BP in 2007 as the Gulf of Mexico Environmental Engineer for Major Projects after 16 years at Marathon Oil Company. Her roles included Gulf of Mexico Environmental Engineer, Major Projects; Environmental Unit Leader, Spill Response, Planning/Finance Lead, HSSE & Engineering (Gulf of Mexico), Senior Environmental & Social Advisor for Global Projects Organization, Upstream Environmental & Social Technical Authority and Upstream Performance Lead for Global Projects and Wells Organizations.

Faye has a BS in Chemical Engineering and a MBA and is a graduate of the November 2008 Projects & Engineering Academy. Faye has three children - Mark, Jordan and Jalynn.

Fred L. Greene, III – Vice-President of Business Development

Mr. Greene serves as Vice-President of Business Development for Greene Environmental Solutions. In his capacity, he assumes primary responsibility for sourcing and cultivating new project acquisition opportunities for the firm. Mr. Greene is instrumental in structuring and negotiating all contracts and business relationships.

Mr. Greene is a dynamic professional with almost 10 years of project management and investments experience, specifically in the real estate industry. Mr. Greene also serves as a Principal of FLGA Real Estate Group, a boutique commercial real estate development company based out of Washington DC. Prior to FLGA, Mr. Greene served as a development manager for the JBG Companies, a large diversified real estate development and investment firm, and was involved in the development of over 2.5 million square feet of development in the Washington, DC area. While in business school, Mr. Greene served as an Investments Associate for Capri Capital Partners, a large real estate investment management firm based out of Chicago IL.

Mr. Greene holds his B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
